Call Centre Agent Job Responsibilities and Duties:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the person who provides a fantastic customer journey on each interaction. Our people are the heart and soul of our business and we want the successful applicant to have an upbeat “can do†manner and provide that personal touch. If you are friendly, like to talk and can take direction, this is the perfect role for you.
