An exciting opportunity to join our team has become available, and we are searching for someone who has exceptional customer service skills.
Based in Avondale, we are a lighting products distributor dealing mainly with large electrical wholesalers and retailers.
In this role, you will join our Customer focused Customer Service Team to process customer orders, resolve customer queries, and do some outbound sales calls. In addition, there will be ad-hoc administrative duties.
You will have full ownership of the customer service process. From receiving the order, invoicing and any queries after delivery.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
