Overview

Customer Service Advisor - Mon - Fri: 8am - 6pm

 

Location: Cuprum House (Glasgow City Centre) *initially this is a work from home position, but will eventually be based on-site in the future.
Start Date: 21/02/2022.
Hours: 40 hours per week

Shifts: Between 8.30am – 6pm Monday to Friday only!
Training:
 Two weeks in duration, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm

Salary: Â£19,760.00 with potential OTE of up to £21,680 performance based bonus

Job Overview

As a member of our Team at Teleperformance, you will play a key role creating a unique customer experience. You will become a specialist in effectively resolving customer queries including making and amending payments, updating customer’s details, taking card payments and answering general finance questions.
