We currently have three part time positions available for motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives working in our North Shore Contact Centre (NSCC) based on Constellation Drive.

The hours for the shifts vary based on a rotational roster where a shift can start as early as 10:30 and finish as late as 22:00 working 16 hours a week.

Our NSCC is a crucial part of the services AA offers, orchestrating roadside assistance and peace of mind for New Zealand road users every day.

To get you started we provide two weeks of full-time paid training; this involves class room learning, working alongside our friendly team, and getting outside to see what it takes to keep New Zealand moving.

This training period is Monday to Friday, 8am to 4.30pm and will require a full commitment from you, no exceptions. Training will be held out of our Training Centre based in Ellerslie

Our next induction starts on the 21st February 2022.

• Drive and energy to give the best customer service on each call
