Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve customer issues and queries
• Build strong relationships with our customers
• Coordinate customer shipments and monitor until destination delivery
• Ensure all stakeholders are kept up to date
• Maintain the customers processes and daily requirements

Competencies and Skills required:

• Previous customer service experience within freight forwarding
• Outstanding customer service skills and ability to build and maintain genuine relationships
• Knowledge of air and sea operations (both import & export)
• Strong relationship management and influencing skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self motivated and results driven
• Flexible and resilient
