JJ's Waste & Recycling are looking for a Customer Service / Operations Clerk to join our young vibrant team. This is a permanent full time role Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm based in our new yard in Wiri.

The role involves: 

• answering both inbound and outbound calls
• booking collections
• two-way communication with drivers
• processing driver work sheets via our very own purpose built electronic system

Candidates must possess the following: 

• previous experience in a similar role
• ability to multi task
• top notch customer service
• excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• ability to work in a fast paced environment
