PERSOLKELLY is currently working with NZ's leading facility provider to look for a Customer Service Operator on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity to use your existing customer service and administration skills to help manage the end-to-end workflow management of facility requests.

Furthermore, they adopt a strategic asset management and work to understand assets and develop proactive maintenance plans that optimize business success.

About the role:

As a Customer Service Operator, you will be the first point of contact for clients wanting to request for a maintenance service. You will receive the request and redirect the work to the appropriate team for action. You will log the request into the system and manage the end-to-end workflow of orders.

Your wellbeing is important for us, and we are open to discuss flexible working timings (between 6am-6pm; 40h a week)

What your day could look like:

  • Receive requests for services from customers, via phone or email, prioritizes the requests in line with the agreed service levels and response times and allocates the work to appropriate team members or approved subcontractor for action.
  • Effectively communicates with customers where required and supports the service delivery team in maximizing customer satisfaction.
  • Records customer comments/complaints in accordance with company/contract quality system requirements.
  • Escalates service requests to the management team in instances where requests cannot be actioned within the required response times

  • Previous customer service and administrative experience
  • Ability to communicate and problem solve
