About the role
We are currently seeking multiple enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join Kleenheat’s vibrant and fast-paced Customer Contact Centre.
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for new and existing customers, providing support and information on our LPG and natural gas products. Working in a multi-channel environment, you will resolve customer enquiries via phone calls, email, online forms, webchat and social media channels.
Previous experience in a similar role is not required – we are open to applications from entry-level candidates looking to kick start their career or those looking for a career change. If you have a positive attitude, an appreciation of customer service, and a willingness to learn then this is the role for you!
The successful applicants will benefit from a fun and comprehensive four-week training program, with ongoing support and guidance that will set you up for success.
The Customer Contact Team is a high energy environment and is operational Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, so we are looking for applicants who can be flexible in regards to working different shifts within these hours.
