As one of our Team Supervisors. Every day will be different, as you expertly lead by example, model our values and manage your team, you’ll focus on making sure the store runs smoothly and that everyone understands the part they have to play. So, you’ll recognise individual strengths and delegate tasks appropriately, making sure the right person is in the right place at the right time. By doing so, you’ll help drive-up sales and customer service standards.

With the ability to get the best out of people, you’ll oversee stock replenishment and all shop floor activity and have a real passion for retail. Keenly focused on health & safety and compliance, what will set you apart is your attitude and mindset. Through your leadership qualities you’ll engage your team to be better every day ensuring their development is nurtured as they are our next leaders. Your desire to coach your team and engage with your customers, will shape a meaningful career for yourself.
