Job Description

We are now on the look-out for a permanent full time Customer Services and Technical Advisor to join our talented team. The positions is 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday between the hours of 7am - 5:30pm.

As part of our Customer Service team, you will:

  • Answer and respond to incoming calls and queries
  • Process complex jobs through our systems, generating worksheets for the factory
  • Respond to agent and customer enquiries for technical product information, or information about orders in process
  • Coordinate and communicate information to customers, agents, colleagues, and managers alike
  • Actively resolve agent and customer concerns or complaints
  • Attend to showroom visitors providing product information, demonstrations and create opportunities for retail sales orders from time to time. 

This will require:

  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service both internally and externally
  • The ability to work in a systematic, methodical, and orderly way
  • Self-management and a drive to consistently meet deadlines
  • A team player who is willing to cross train and help others to achieve business goals
  • The aspiration and ability to keep developing, learning and grasp new knowledge quickly
  • Strong attention to accuracy and detail
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite, Phone system and other technology or systems
  • A Relationship builder with the ability to communicate and interact with all levels in the organisation
  • Proven administration skills
