Job Description
We are now on the look-out for a permanent full time Customer Services and Technical Advisor to join our talented team. The positions is 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday between the hours of 7am - 5:30pm.
As part of our Customer Service team, you will:
- Answer and respond to incoming calls and queries
- Process complex jobs through our systems, generating worksheets for the factory
- Respond to agent and customer enquiries for technical product information, or information about orders in process
- Coordinate and communicate information to customers, agents, colleagues, and managers alike
- Actively resolve agent and customer concerns or complaints
- Attend to showroom visitors providing product information, demonstrations and create opportunities for retail sales orders from time to time.
