Customer Operations Specialist - Growth begins here!

THE ROLE

At Skills it's our goal to grow people well, so as a Customer Operations Specialist you'll:

  • Onboard and enrol trainees ensuring each trainee is setup correctly and is sent the necessary information as part of their qualification journey
  • Proactively keep our customers and relevant internal teams updated and informed on any changes that may affect them
  • Deliver excellent customer service by responding to queries in a timely manner, taking ownership of issues that may arise and ensuring successful resolutions together with quality assurance requirements of the business is met
  • Ensure all information is entered accurately into our systems and all processes are adhered to and complied with.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Familiarity with Microsoft office suite
  • Good computer and data entry skills
  • Excellent communication skills; written, verbal and phone based
  • Problem solving skills
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • Someone who enjoys learning new things, flexible to changes and would like to be part of a supportive team.
