Minimum qualifications:

  • Experience working with a range of teams, such as Marketing, Sales, and the executive assistants of C-level executives.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and leading operational initiatives.
  • Experience with writing communications on behalf of C-level executives to various audiences.
  • Ability to speak and write in French and English fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with technology environments and terminology used.
  • Excellent business acumen and an understanding of successful customer engagement for C-level executives.
  • Ability to create and foster cross-functional networks in ambiguous environments, and manage without authority.
  • Excellent leadership and influencing skills, including the ability to work with C-level stakeholders.

About the job

As a Customer Officer, in the EMEA Customer Office team, you will manage the day-to-day coordination of customer engagements and provide support to C-level executives, collaborating with their respective support teams.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure stakeholders are engaging their time where they have the highest impact.
  • Ensure briefing documents are properly prepared and briefing meetings with the correct stakeholders are created.
  • Manage the overall process for executive engagement requests. Improve and execute processes for executive engagement requests, briefings, trip planning, etc.
  • Collaborate cross-regionally with teams when executives from outside EMEA are visiting the region.
  • Provide insights on customer engagements to make recommendations to C-level executives regarding the customer engagement profile.
