• Customer Service experience in a large organisation
• Conflict Resolution experience
• Home ownership process, banking, financial services, or broker experience an advantage
• Passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience
• Ability to quickly build relationships with a diverse range of customers
• Good initiative and problem-solving ability
• Proactive and self-managing
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
• Strong numerical literacy; competent working with figures and financial information
• Great time management skills
• Fast Learner with experience prioritising in a fast-paced environment
