The opportunity

Right now, we have a permanent opportunity for a Customer Liaison Officer to join our enthusiastic and dedicated Contract Administration team based in Burwood. We are looking for customer service superstars to hit the ground running and help deliver our contract administration function for our internal Transport customers.

What you will be involved in:

• First point of contact for transaction related support and escalations

• End-to-end facilitation of a high volume of minor to major contracts – creating contracts, varying contracts in Ariba system

• Providing value-add support, system troubleshooting and general guidance to internal customers

About you

To be successful in this role, you will possess exceptional customer service / support experience within an environment dealing with contracts. You will ideally be able demonstrate a working knowledge of ARIBA and SAP and have the ability to work with confidential information. Ideally, you will also have an understanding of working in a large and complex organisation.

You have high level verbal and written communication skills with the ability to genuinely connect with our valued customers. Your attention to detail and ability to prioritise and manage your workload independently will allow you to deliver a high standard of work, even when you have a lot on your plate. You thrive in a collaborative and diverse environment and look for ways to go above and beyond to support others, not only in your direct team, but across the business.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is Transport Service Grade 4 ($75,461 - $83,005) per annum plus superannuation and leave loading.
