We are looking for an experienced Customer Analyst who will use their analytical and commercial skills to support internal clients in understanding our customers and identifying opportunities which will deliver a business benefit or improve our customer experience.
You will be supporting the Senior Customer Analytics Manager in performing exploratory analysis, owning customer reporting and scoping customer data requirements with other internal teams to drive projects forward. The business will consult with you to discover insight and receive suggestions that are realistic, actionable, and measurable.

You will work in an exciting Insights Department alongside brilliant analysts, strategic thinkers and customer research and experience professionals - at the heart of decision-making across the business. You will represent our whole division to the business and ensure we maximise the impact of our work.
About you
Thanks to your technical and analytical expertise, you will demonstrate a real understanding of how to translate business trends, challenges and opportunities into customer-centric solutions, keeping in mind the business opportunities and risks, and you will have no problem breaking down big problems in order to tackle them.
You will also be responsible for bringing project work together and developing new ways of looking into our customers and how we can measure success through KPIs.
