As a Customer Experience Representative you will be our customers first impression when they call ACC on their way to recovery. You will answer queries from Claims, Provider and Business customers. You’ll turn up each day to deliver a consistent effortless customer experience, over the phone, emails and live chat.

The starting salary for this role is $50,289 and then additional to this we also provide ACC's 9% superannuation contribution as well as development opportunities, life insurance, discounted Southern Cross health insurance, gym membership, retail discounts and staff banking packages. The hours are 40 hours per week on a roster basis, Monday to Friday between the hours of 7am to 7pm.
This role has a set start date of 16th May 2022. Please take into consideration your notice period (if required) at your current role and ensure you can join us on a full time basis from 16th May 2022 before applying.
