The opportunity

 

This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a Customer Experience Analyst to be involved in establishment and embedding of the Customer Experience (CX) function.

 

Your drive and enthusiasm, along with your experience in CX analytics will ensure you play an important part in the setup of the function. As CX Analyst, you will be responsible for undertaking and providing input into a range of customer research and analysis to support the provision of evidence-based strategic advice on issues relating to customer experience. This will include analysing and reporting of data and information from a range of sources.

 

This is a permanent full-time opportunity. The home office for this role is in Burwood, however, flexible working is supported.

About You:

 

You are an analyst who has a passion for the customer. You will work closely with stakeholders to provide research-based consultation and advice to inform customer-centric decision making. You will be skilled  at taking complex information and translating this into customer-centric reseach for a range of internal clients and stakeholders.

 

You will understand contemporary customer experience research approaches and will use this to support the establishment of a Customer Satisfaction Survey, as well as ensuring currency of customer issues and priorities, to identify insights and trends to drive change for the customer.

 

You will have demonstrated proficiency in the use of corporate computing systems and applications and experience in data visualisation and reporting techniques and methodologies to improve outcomes for the customer.

 

Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.

 

 

Salary and Benefits

 

The salary for this position is Transport Grade 7 ($106,086 to $118,816) per annum plus superannuation and leave loading.
