Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in managing, leading, and/or delivering professional services teams in markets.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience building and leading a team of Solution Consultants, and Customer Relationship Managers
• Experience building and scaling a professional services business with accountability for financial goals.
• Experience with managing a services team implementing software products or solutions to large enterprise companies.
• Understanding concepts and technologies in enterprise mobility, IT operations, security, development operations, and cloud.
• Excellent customer management skills.

The Android Enterprise Business team is focused on bringing Android to businesses everywhere. You will play a critical role in working with our customers adopting the Android Enterprise platform. You will also programmatic and grow the engagement model, allowing for many customers to deploy at scale and holding partners accountable to high standards. You will grow relationships at all levels with our most strategic customers, ensuring they receive an exceptional experience while using the Android platform for work.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer partnerships and establish executive relationships, conduct customer quarterly service reviews.
• Lead relationships with customers to foster business growth, and collaborate with customer technical and implementation leads and partners to manage and drive successful adoption of Android.
• Guide customers through the innovation journey, building strategic roadmaps and driving achievement of key milestones. Be an advocate for business transformation, enabling teams to embrace Google technologies.
• Provide best practices and support for Android Solutions. Develop best practice recommendations for partners based on the experience gained during customer engagement.
• Drive customer feedback to Product Management and Engineering teams, and prioritize product requirements.
