Job Description
We are looking for new and enthusiastic team members to join our award-winning call centre in Christchurch, to help our Powershop and Meridian New Zealand customers!
In this fast-paced environment, you will handle a variety of customer interactions across various channels including inbound, email and chat. So, you will be tech savvy, love being busy and juggling a wide range of tasks, while going the extra mile for our customers is always your priority. You can stay calm and focused while dealing with a range of challenging and complex queries.
We need resilient super stars who can learn and adapt quickly, as we continue our evolution.
Important stuff to know – Our contact centre operates between 8.00am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday. This role is suited to candidates looking for a fulltime position and able to work on a rotational roster within those business hours (i.e. no set shifts).
You’ll be required to complete standard contact centre relevant online testing, which can be done from home.
All standard pre-employment checks will also be applicable.
