Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead will manage 2-3 Risk programs concurrently, on an end-to-end basis, including definition of scope and requires through development, testing, and deployment in accordance with Citi's Program Management Policy / Standards.
- Own all aspects of the PMO process, including: RAG ratings, key performance indicators, status updates, adherence to dates and deliverables and quality of deliverables
- Produce timely and consistent PMO status reporting.
- Provide periodic updates to CRO as well as other senior leadership on status of programs or necessary escalations
- Look across in-scope programs and initiatives to identify related and interdependent elements and provide recommendations, where needed, for combining or connecting initiatives to achieve greater effectiveness and efficiency.
- Identify and escalate program constraints (e.g., lack of clarity on outcomes, ineffective program management, resource constraints, lack of stakeholder support etc.) in collaboration with Program Leads and provide staffing support for major initiatives to augment embedded staff, as needed
- Continuously enhance Risk Management’s program management practices in collaboration with the CAO Transformation Group
Experience:
- Solid relevant experience, within the financial services or consulting industry highly preferred
- Knowledge and expertise in Program/Project Management across complex, multi-functional, regulatory driven programs.
- Prior experience in Risk, preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience and demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a complex and dynamic environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to make decisions in the absence of detailed instructions. Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- PMP preferred but not required
