This role plays a key part in the delivery of our overall CRM strategy – ensuring the campaigns we’re landing are insight driven and customer focused to create comms experiences that build a relationship with the customer and give them plenty of reasons to join, stay longer and buy more

What you’ll do:

• Support on the planning, briefing and delivery of engaging and highly targeted marketing campaigns (email, push notifications and in-app notifications) designed to engage members throughout their lifecycle- onboard, drive viewing engagement, cross sell / upsell, retain and winback.
• Use insights and data to drive continuous optimisation across communications, measuring performance and reporting to key partners.
• Work closely with DI and Data Enablement to improve automation and modelling to drive higher performing and relevant communications to our members – getting them to the content they love!
• Work with Content and Editorial teams to hero key content moments and promote the most relevant content based on members behaviour and cohort
• Work with our Commercial and Product Revenue teams, to explore opportunities to improve growth strategies.
• Collaborate with Copywriting and Design teams to ensure we are presenting best-in-class communications, understand new innovations and industry best practices to drive our KPIs.
• Support the Senior Manager and Controller to implement a robust contact strategy and long term strategic plans, through clear workflow management and prioritisation support.

What you’ll bring:

• Strong written and verbal communication.
• A customer focused mindset

• Prioritisation and time management – the ability to plan and execute multiple projects at the same time.
• A self starter with a willingness to learn

• Prior experience delivering marketing campaigns desired, but not crucial,
