The successful candidate will build and publish the newsletters support by the Web, data and CRM team.
You will ensure your own activity for the week is clearly planned and prioritised and track that all activity is delivered to schedule, budget and standards.
You will ensure all your own email output is of appropriate quality and complies with all relevant BBC & BBCW guidelines and procedures. Ensure the correct functioning of escalation and issue management procedures.
You must double-check all email communications to ensure 100% accuracy.
On a regular basis, and as required ad hoc, you will produce basic email performance reports for your own campaigns to help improve performance and to inform investment decisions for regions, brands and products.
