Be part of Vodafone UK’s Credit Risk Analytics team, where we use a wealth of data sources to unlock business opportunities and bring customer value for both our Consumer and Enterprise businesses.
What will you be doing?
As a Credit Risk Modelling Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering meaningful insights and identifying opportunities to improve our Credit & Collections strategies.
We have a wealth of data sources and you will help unlock the value of these for both our Consumer and Enterprise (B2B) businesses to maximise revenue while reducing involuntary churn and bad debt.
You will manipulate data from multiple sources, generating insights and translating these into recommendations. You will develop predictive models/scorecards for underwriting, credit risk and response.
You'll continuously investigate opportunities to optimise our customer journeys and business value at acquisition, in life and during collections and recoveries. You’ll develop targeted models to drive value in key areas, communicating the benefits of new risk models to key stakeholders.
