What you'll do:

  • Run daily, weekly, and monthly reports gaining insights into same.
  • Identify performance areas and trends that need deeper analysis and focus whilst working with colleagues across the risk team to deliver in depth analysis on emerging trends.
  • Identify areas of continuous business improvement (RTM Specific)
  • Responsibility for the performance of our Manual Credit Referrals Team (MCR) ensuring they are aligned with credit risk goals and that they have everything required to succeed.
  • Support stakeholders becoming self-sufficient in understanding risk performance metrics
  • Managing/Participating in any other Ad Hoc duties and/or projects as required.

What you'll bring:

  • Experience working and communicating with multiple, varied stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Commercial, Finance and Trading Teams.
  • Brilliant at writing and delivering presentations whilst taking a complex subject matter and making it easy to understand to the wider audience.
  • Strong proficiency in relevant software (i.e. Tableau, MS Office especially Excel) and knowledge of analytical tools including SQL an advantage (but not a necessity)
  • Comfortable managing large datasets and multiple data within excel whilst maintaining a strong commercial acumen and ability to understand, analyse this data and what impact these KPI’s have on the bottom line.
  • Fraud and Credit Risk expertise (preferred but not necessary).
  • Resilient and able to adjust to changing objectives, targets and priorities and communicate these positively to stakeholders.
