Day to day responsibilities:

• Focus will be on Commercial Real Estate Finance, albeit with opportunities to support team activities covering a diverse range of asset classes, sectors, and geographic regions

• Challenging credit and rating assessments provided by Fund Managers.

• Producing management information to aide oversight of the portfolio

• Monitoring credit exposure changes at counterparty and portfolio levels.

What will you bring:

• A relevant finance related degree or post-graduate qualification (e.g. CFA).

• A good understanding of credit risk and performing the associated analysis

• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and adapt against competing timescales.

• Knowledge of regulatory capital requirements.
