Creative Solutions are the idea generators within a central planning hub, that works closely with all parts of Sky Media, to develop and deliver market leading partnerships that drive revenue and growth, achieving our advertising client’s outcomes.

What you’ll do:

• To grow and develop Sky Media’s Creative Solutions capability, with a primary focus across sky wholly owned Entertainment Brands, supporting wider Sky Sports, Paramount and Channel Partner opportunities where required.
• Establish relationships with senior decision makers in Sky Entertainment, Marketing and Partnership teams to explore new product innovation opportunities
• Collaborate with Branded Content Controller and Activation team to develop relationships across studios & production companies to identify licensing opportunities to enhance and activate Sky Media’s broadcast sponsorships, partnerships, and creative solutions.
• Develop internal relationships across Content Partnerships, Activation & Ad Operation colleagues to ensure clear working process/practices between teams.
• Day to day management of Creative Solutions Managers &Senior Project Managers to create and deliver market leading content partnerships.
• Lead and develop the internal processes for response to briefs for Creative Solutions allowing for prioritisation and to ensure that efforts are focused on the briefs that best suit sky Media’s capability.

What you’ll bring:

• Strong stakeholder management skills – The ability to balance client outcomes with internal challenges
• Able to balance entrepreneurial spirit with process and delivery
• Strong understanding of Sky’s portfolio of channels, their offering to the market (and point of difference) and competitor set
• Clear understanding of Sky Media’s portfolio of data and technology led solutions to the market and how these can be leveraged with content/channel brands to deliver market leading solutions
• Ability to develop relationships with key decision makers and influencers across Clients and Agencies
• Business management; effective reporting of activity and results. Clear communication through all levels up to and including Sky Media’s Exec.
