About this role
BT has invested in a number of industry leading CPQ sales tools to enable sales productivity through efficient and effective selling activities, and we need to maximise these tools for our customers and colleagues.
BT with EE is ranked as the number 1 mobile operator in the UK and the purpose of this role is to ensure we continue to enable sales channels to sell Mobile & VAS product propositions efficiently and effectively through configure-price-quote process capabilities designed, developed, and deployed as part of the role.
You'll play a significant & important role in the team to lead & facilitate requirements capture for Mobile & VAS configure-price-quote processes across BT Enterprise. Whereby they will hand over clear requirements to demand and governance functions in CTIO, who will excutre these product and propositions changes, for our sales colleagues to leverage through selling, mainting revenue growth against the competition.
Empowered to become a subject matter expert and be responsible to map configure-price-quote processes, agent and customer journeys for new, modify, and resign for Mobile & VAS product propositions, which impacts all sales channels in Enterprise.
You'll have the following responsibilities
The role is the day-to-day point of contact for the Sales Channel teams, Marketing teams, Product/Proposition teams, and Commercial & Trading teams, and SX/CX teams to capture new and enhancement Mobile & VAS configure-price-quote process requirements within CPQ sales tools & systems
Using Salesforce Case management & JIRA to capture Mobile & VAS requirements and progress into demand management
Manage stakeholders to gain commercial and legal sign off to support CPQ mobile and VAS changes
Constructing business mobile requirements into user story fromat for demand and delivery to action
Ensures consistency of Mobile & VAS configure-price-quote process capabilities across channels and lines of business
Is custodian of Mobile & VAS configure-price-quote process capabilities within sales tools & systems on behalf of the Sales Channels
Working closely with CTIO for governance, demand to priortisie the workload.
You'll have the following skills & experience

Use Data Analytics - Uses complex data analysis to show underlying principles, process or systems improvements.
Experience:
Knowledge of commercial sales productivity drivers (revenue, margin, cost of sale, cost to serve), and the efficiency and effectiveness levers which influence sales force productivity
Knowledge of BT/Telco product families (Mobile, Voice, and Access/Connectivity) and the product propositions, and Enterprise sales channels
Knowledge of configure-price-quote process journey’s across New/Provide, Modify, Re-newal
Knowledge of configure-price-quote process capabilities for desk and field sales teams (i.e. Territory Management, Lead Generation, Lead Management, Contact Management, Account Management, Opportunity Management, Configure-Price-Quote, Contract Management, Activity Management, Forecasting, Order Management)
Knowledge of CPQ sales tools & systems which enable sales to sell efficiently and effectively (i.e. salesforce, CPQ, UKB/Agent Desktop, Partner Gateway etc)
Knowledge of data components which enable configure-price-quote process capabilities (i.e. Account/Customer, Contact, Item, Price, Assets, Usage, Contract, and Activity)
Preferably you would have experience with:
Salesforce ADM-201
Cloudsense CPQ & or Vlocity CPQ
Prince2, Agile SCRUM
