About the Role:

• We are growing and have various Counter Manager opportunities across Auckland.
• Full Time: Approximately 32 hours per week.
• Tuesday - Saturday role, with the ability to flex up during key promotional periods.
• If suitable, the opportunity to commence as soon as possible.

We want to hear from people who have experience in makeup and beauty services and working within a luxury environment. We are looking for people who know how to provide exceptional customer service, build a regular clientele whilst being a Clarin's brand ambassador.

The skills we are looking for:

• You are a customer service star, always focusing on the customer and their needs to deliver a memorable and enjoyable experience
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales results and KPIs in a luxury beauty environment
• Skincare and makeup experience
• Digitally Savvy, using our Ipads to capture customer data, send out communications, and to use as a training tool
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Comfortable using touch to demonstrate our luxury products to our customer base
• Ability to work well within a team
• A certificate in Beauty Therapy is desirable
