Our Real Estate client, a major player nationally with a growing international footprint, is looking to hire a Cost Analyst who will focus on budget, costs and reimbursements across a multitude of areas. The Cost Analyst will work collaboratively with IPP, Development, FP& A and Shared Services Groups to analyze reimbursements, schedules for payments, cost allocations and make recommendations to improve policies and procedures as well as taking responsibility for journal entries for your area.

Requirements

The ideal Cost Analyst will have a minimum 3+ years of hands on cost analysis or accounting experience from a project type environment and have excellent MS Excel skills.
