Key Responsibilities:
Perth Corps offers a varied and wide range of services to the local community and the postholder will play a pivotal role in supporting the Corps Leaders by coordinating and developing the community programme, ensuring that it is appropriately resourced with staff and volunteers, whilst undertaking administrative and financial responsibilities.

The successful candidate will also support the mission of the Corps by meeting the needs of the local community showing them the love of Jesus and promoting a loving relationship with God.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

• A willingness to work within and be an enthusiastic advocate of our Christian ethos and values in all things
• Previous good experience of working in a co-ordinating and/or administrative role
• Previous successful experience of providing pastoral support
• Experience of working successfully with others and have excellent communication and organisational skills The ability to manage people
• Ability to work flexibly including occasional evening and weekend work in line with community need

This role has an occupational requirement that the successful candidate must be a committed and practising Christian.
