Work Flexibility: Hybrid or Onsite

We are now seeking a Corporate Communications Associate to join our Communications & Marketing team in Sydney on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Corporate Communications Manager to develop, implement and execute the communications and digital marketing plan for Australia and New Zealand
• Partner with a variety of divisions including HR, Finance, Customer Experience and Information Services to collate, produce and edit internal and external communications
• Deliver a unified change communication plan to ensure a consistent message across the business
• Write and manage content on our internal SharePoint platform
• Partner with business leaders to produce content for speaking engagements and industry specific print and digital articles
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create and edit content and suggest changes where needed

Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years experience in a communications role or experience in writing numerous articles and publications
• Experience working in an ambiguous and autonomous environment. Quick briefing sessions will require large scale communications output
• Confidence to have courageous conversations with business leaders about the tone, direction and content of their intended internal communications
• Proficient in building strong relationships with all levels of stakeholders both internal and external including PR agencies
• Experience in delivering internal change communications that align with the business strategy.
