Job Description

What will you deliver:

  • Take ownership for the accuracy of all mid term changes on a policy to ensure customers data is accurately recorded

  • Accurately onboard, set up and lapse policies for Large Corporate clients

  • Set up Healthpoint access and deliver training to new users.

  • Audit scheme data to ensure accuracy maintained at policy level.

  • Handling calls received from internal and external customers.

What will you bring:

  • Able to deal with the pressure of a service environment

  • Agile approach to problem solving

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel with ability in v-look ups

  • Strong Customer service skills, both verbal and written

What will I get for this role?

  • Salary between £19,500 - £22,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)

  • Generous pension (starting level Aviva contributes 8% when you contribute 2%)
