  • A unique governance role supporting newly established committee's
  • 12 month Fixed Term Wellington based role
  • $74,138 per annum + 5 weeks' annual leave + a suite of benefits

Ko tā mātou mahi - Our Role

Ngā Pae Tātaki are a unique number of newly established committee's which have influenced and driven strategic outcomes across Kāinga Ora. As the Coordinator - Leadership Committees, you will thrive in a rapidly changing environment where adaptability and forward thinking are key in your role to provide support to the Ngā Pae Tātaki.

Wearing multiple hats, you will be the go-to person who schedules and manages meetings, provides admin support to the wider team, and creates and maintains relevant working documents. You will also have the opportunity to further develop project management and analytical skills through training across multiple platforms and subjects.

Building key relationships with a wide range of influential stakeholders across the organisation to support the Senior Advisors, being a clear communicator along with the ability to collaborate are all critical attributes to succeed in this role.  The team is small and cohesive so you must be a team player who enjoys stepping in to help other team members when required.

  • Robust understanding of internal governance functions/processes
  • Excellent business writing skills and the ability to explain complex and technical material
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Ability to prioritise, be results driven and have excellent time management skills
  • Experience working collaboratively across functions and influence stakeholders to deliver business outcomes
