Ko tā mātou mahi - Our Role

This newly created role will provide significant support in managing inbound customer queries, coordinating activity and updating system records to ensure excellent customer service is maintained and records are accurate.

You will be part of a busy, dedicated team responsible for coordination and oversight of national issues management, resolution, information requests and performance reporting across multiple areas at Kāinga Ora in the management of issues and resolution.

Key to success in this role will be your ability to be proactive, with a focus on providing high quality, consistent support and advice on queries.

As our ideal candidate you will demonstrate:

  • Proficient in Microsoft tools, Word, Excel, Teams
  • A wealth of experience in providing administrative support, preferably within a large, complex organisation
  • Exceptional time management and self-organisation skills, able to juggle competing demands with the flexibility and agility to adapt to a busy and changing environment
  • You'll have excellent communication skills, especially written, and highly-tuned interpersonal skills that will bring you success in relationship-building.
