The G4S 3Ci Security Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day management of the current security services across the Thames Tideway Project. To meet G4S performance standards and client operational WI0700 requirements. Essentially the role is one of man management and risk mitigation. Reporting directly to the G4S Central Zone Manager, managing and working as part of a team on a 4 on 4 off rota, days nights, and weekends. Responsible for 3Ci, controlling staff and operations per shift delivering access control, perimeter security, ID card checks, H&S checks, liaison with customers and stakeholders for all live worksite tasks on the Tideway project.  The Supervisor will lead and manage all staff and operations on the given shift, providing the support and guidance required. The role will include strong, directive, and supportive leadership and guidance to the site teams, Zone Managers, customers, and stakeholders mainly maintaining an operational overview across the project but does include collaboration with CCTV operators and EPIC. The Supervisor will have an understanding of data capture, data management, and the DPA.  A good understanding of H&S, risk-based planning, and previous experience in construction would be advantageous. Note:  This role is an all-encompassing senior role and we will hire someone with specific control room, ops room, current G4S system skills, he/she will have all-around security skills, will be confident, and extremely responsible. Essentially the person will be a vital and critical part of the team and operationally savvy.  Employees will be subject to random drug and alcohol screening checks during their employment.  There is a zero-tolerance and any ‘positive’ results are likely to result in termination of employment. 

The role encompasses: 

• Command, Control & Communications lead for delivery of security service across the project. 
• Efficient performance of the assignment and staff optimization which will include technology and data capture.
• Ensure that HS&E is at forefront of delivery
• Owner of all communications. Utilize strict voice procedure and control information flow to and from worksites using a range of systems
• Ensure standards of service meet or exceed Thames Tideway (TTT) expectations in line with Key Performance Indicators and contractual obligations
• Support the interface with TTT and develop relationships with TTT Security, TTT contractors and TTT staff to ensure the customer
