Our client, is a regional contractor focused on delivery of Student Accommodation, Residential Apartments and Hotel projects.

Working in the industry for 25 year plus - they are going through increased growth. Restructuring it's business and its now time to recruit a Contracts Manager to work alongside the commercial and construction heads.

They are looking for the right person, who is a strong man manager and can get the most out of the team. Its essentially that this person is commercially and contractual savvy. You will be acting as a CM covering 3 schemes which already have established Project Manager and site Infrastructure on each scheme - with average project values 13 million.

The office is in Manchester - although projects could be in Yorkshire (client led) - but will be mainly a NW focus. you will be responsible for managing your own time, location and workload. It is a strong salary banding of £65-£85 plus package depending on your experience and what value you can bring to the table.
