A well-known brand in its space, they have a great business model and a high-performing team with a really positive culture. They hold large events with a turnout of roughly about 25,000 people.

The company is located in the CBD boasting views of the water and the yachts that are parked along with it.

Some more information about the role

You will be reporting to the Head of Finance. Some of the responsibilities include:

• To deliver accurate and timely debtor invoice collections
• Assist in maintaining the integrity of the sales CRM database
• Coding of staff credit card statements
• Develop trusting relationships both externally and internally
• Join the XPO team in front line event customer service during event days
• Timely response to email and phone queries

So Who Are You & What Is Your Profile?

You ideally have experience in a credit control role, at least 5 years, and possess a friendly, warm, and clear phone manner. Your verbal and written communication is excellent and you don't shy away from approaching people across all levels. 

Ideally, you'll be great with systems and know your way around excel proficiently. You will confidently work well unsupervised, take responsibility for your own work, and have no problem picking up the phone. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established NZ company.
