This is a short term contract role based in Takapuna, starting on the 20th of June. We are open to this role being full time or part-time, perfect if you're looking to work around school hours.

You will be responsible for a wide range of responsibilities including: 

• Responding to queries
• Paying invoices
• Resolving processing errors
• Reconciliations
• AP reporting 

So Who Are You And What Is Your Profile?

This role is ideal for someone who can hit the ground running with Accounts Payable processes. There will be training and support from the team but as this is a high volume/high-value business, we are requiring some experience in end-to-end AP already. 

This role requires you to deal with queries so strong verbal and written communication is a must! You will be good at building strong relationships and enjoying working with people from different divisions
