This is a great time to join our marketing team as it embarks on a transformational journey to support the growth of our business. Reporting to our newly appointed Head of Marketing, you will be a key member of our fast-paced team.

In this newly created role, as content marketing specialist, your key focus will be around developing and executing our content strategy across our three lines of business. A mixture of social, digital, and traditional marketing collateral will be your focus.

We are looking for someone to bring their strong written capabilities to develop and curate compelling content that speaks to our core offerings; IT/Cloud Infrastructure, Cyber Security and Automation. Not only will you create new content, but you will also conduct a compete audit of our existing assets and recommend ways to take these to the next level. Other responsibilities include: * Drive awareness and lead generation efforts through the creation of engaging and relevant content such as articles, videos, whitepapers, guides, blogs, eBooks, customer e-news, ad copy and social media posts

Own the end-to-end implementation of website content and landing pages in-line with best SEO practices

Review and refresh The Missing Link’s brand and product messaging ensuring it’s up-to-date and relevant

Develop client case studies that showcase why customers chose The Missing Link

Support our campaign managers with relevant campaign content as required.

Requirements

Tertiary qualifications in journalism, public relations and/or marketing communications

4-5 + years in writing within the IT sector

You love turning complexity into simplicity for multiple audiences

A track record of developing and driving content projects from start to completion

Understand basic SEO methodologies can deliver SEO friendly content

Have excellent stakeholder management, project management, presentation, and decision-making skills
