This role will steer and drive a concerted team effort to make even more of the great content we have on NOW. Working within the eCommerce and Digital team, you will collaborate across multiple teams to ensure we excite our members about what they can watch throughout their lifetime with us.

What you’ll do:

• Set the content strategy for eCommerce and Digital, leading on top content priorities for members throughout their lifecycle.

• Immerse yourself in our member experience to identify new and better ways to drive deeper engagement at channel level using content.

• Bring your encyclopaedic knowledge and enthusiasm ensure content is at the forefront of our eCommerce, Digital, Partnerships and CRM planning.

• Identify, develop, and execute new ways for our members to discover content in more engaging ways across multiple touchpoints.

• Ensure the strength of our content is understood and reflected in the way we forecast and analyse business performance. Being objective and data-driven in communicating content success is key.

• Galvanise the team to deliver landmark content moments and seasonal activity, to ensure plans are consistent and successful.

• Share regular content performance summaries from a range of different business areas, including search trends, PR activity, viewing data and content engagement and be the key link with the Editorial team, ensuring we are always aligning plans and activity for content moments.

What you’ll bring:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with experience delivering through others to hit targets.

• Experience working within a digital or marketing environment with commercial KPI’s.

• A clear and demonstrable passion for the latest and best content across TV, Cinema and Sport; with a broad knowledge of the UK content landscape.

• Creative ways to solve complex and challenging problems, with a drive to develop new ideas to hit our content KPI’s.

• A desire to challenge the status-quo and suggest new ways to reach our members through content plus confident planning skills, leading on ideas from concept to delivery.

• The ability to use data to back up your ideas and plans, being comfortable reporting on viewing data and content engagement. Ideally with experience using tools including Adobe Analytics and Tableau (or similar).

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There’s also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
