JOB SUMMARY

Reporting to the Director, Proposal Development, you will work with sales and operations to develop strong and consistent messaging for prospective and existing clients. You will be responsible for building and maintaining the content library on an on-going basis. Your collaboration and efforts will be used to draw on the expertise and knowledge of all subject matter experts to maintain a current and accurate library.

• Enhance our business development and growth through exceptional creative writing, 
• Create, catalogue, and organize client facing content for proposals and presentations 
• Support Director’s of Business Development (DBDs) with writing content
• Responsible for assessing, developing/designing and articulating solutions 
• Conduct research and interviews with internal stakeholders
• Translate information and articulate it into a technical value proposition for sales processes
• Work with sales to develop an understanding of our primary client needs and expectations
• Catalogue and house stock response content, submitted proposals, presentations, and case studies
• Manage our proposal automation technology platform

• A degree in writing, communication, language, marketing, or similar.
• Experience in proposal writing and editing
• Proven success in sales or business development related writing or creative role
• Ability to establish strong client relations at various levels of an organization
• Bilingualism in French and English is strongly preferred
• Critical reading and thinking skills
• Resilience and the ability to accept constructive feedback
• Strong skills with the Microsoft suite of programs (Word, excel, PowerPoint etc.)
