The Customer Strategy and Technology team within Transport leads the development of long-term, multi-modal strategies, plans and policies across NSW. We implement new technologies, leverage data and insights, drive innovation and build partnerships to develop and deliver customer-centred products and technology solutions.
The Opportunity
Right now, we have a permanent position for a Content Business Partner to join our team based in Elizabeth St office.
We work in a hybrid way, a mixture of working from home and in the office and offering flexible working arrangements with lots of benefits.
The role provides support to the cluster and agencies in developing and creating proactive media content to positively reinforce the desired position of the organisation in the market.
Your Key Focus
Scope the organisation’s media needs, in collaboration with project teams, to develop proactive project plans and to design, develop and deploy appropriate proactive media content to deliver against and meet business objectives.
Build relationships with agency customers to proactively manage the creation and delivery of proactive media solutions that address business needs.
Work collaboratively with agencies and creative production teams to develop detailed proposals for new creative content and proactive media strategies.
Work alongside the creative production team to manage the development and implementation of new proactive media content and strategies.
Develop appropriate measures and techniques to assess and evaluate content performance against desired positioning, using insights gained to strengthen the content development and its application.
Undertake research and media projects to identify factors that affect media performance and perception and make recommendations to evolve the proactive media strategy for the organisation.
Demonstrate the five ways of leading behaviours to deliver organisational outcomes for our customers, our people and communities for the greater good.
About You
Tertiary qualifications in related discipline.
Demonstrated experience in developing proactive media content communication plans and content within a customer-focused environment.
Demonstrated experience writing media content and generating supporting visual content.
You will have the ability to work independently and contribute effectively in a collaborative team environment whilst maintaining a high level of work ethic.
You possess strong interpersonal and communications skills and are well versed in building and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders alike.

Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is USS Grade 10 ($128,887 - $140,851) per annum plus superannuation and leave loading.
