What you’ll create and do
As a Senior Manager, you'll lead a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:
Leading engagements, emphasizing the ability to build collaborative relationships with team members and clients
Communicating complex information effectively in written and verbal formats to various situations and audiences
Conducting and managing market research and quantitative and qualitative analysis, including the synthesis of complex data into meaningful insights
Leading delivery from project scoping to conclusion, while consistently keeping the client’s goals in mind
Supporting business development efforts through the creation of industry thought leadership, proposal responses and participating in relevant networking activities

What you’ll bring to this role

Management consulting experience and/or similar internal consulting role in industry
Progressive role experience in the insurance industry; working knowledge of core insurance carrier and brokerage processes, systems and approaches
Self motivated with a passion for client work and team work
Able to manage ambiguity as you navigate change at the client site
Collaborative, curious, eager to learn and high energy
Demonstrated expertise in leading, coaching and mentoring teams and junior staff
University degree or higher in a relevant field
Ability to travel to client sites
Excellent communication skills, proficiency in English. French would be a asset
