A career within Cybersecurity and Privacy services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients implement an effective cybersecurity programme that protects against threats, propels transformation, and drives growth. As companies pivot toward a digital business model, exponentially more data is generated and shared among organisations, partners and customers. We play an integral role in helping our clients ensure they are protected by developing transformation strategies focused on security, efficiently integrate and manage new or existing technology systems to deliver continuous operational improvements and increase their cybersecurity investment, and detect, respond, and remediate threats.

What you'll create and do

As a Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to address complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Act as a subject matter expert to the cybersecurity team and provide industry and technical expertise in PCI DSS through client interactions, gap assessments, reports, technical work, management presentations and the creation of high-quality deliverables.

  • Lead client engagement and provide PCI advisory services to clients such as define PCI scope; design and implement technical PCI DSS requirements, including network segmentation, tokenization, encryption, authentication and authorization, logging and monitoring, vulnerability management, penetration testing, incident escalation and management, and third-party vendor management.

  • Design, build, and execute periodic PCI compliance assessments, manage compliance risks, and provide guidance for remediation efforts.

  • Identify ways to maximize the relationship with clients and deliver added value and bring new services.

  • Provide capability to engagements and clients to document traceability from business needs, to business drivers, to technology needs, and finally to technology drivers.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • An ability to communicate both business and technology risks and issues to colleagues and clients.

  • Possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, business, technology, data analytics or law or a related field.

  • Ideally have an MBA or an MSc with a concentration in ecommerce, cybersecurity, or cyber security management.

  • Cybersecurity certification (s) such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, PCI QSA and/or other related certifications.

  • Excellent understanding and working knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, and legislation such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001/2, and ITSG-33.

  • Understanding of Security and Privacy regulatory/legislative compliance (PCI DSS, Credit Card Brand Standards, OSFI, Interac, PIPEDA, GDPR, PHIPA, HIPAA, CASL,, etc.)
