What you'll create and do
As a Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manage and operate security devices for DLP solutions as the SME, working with DLP products such as Microsoft Data protection suite etc.
Implements change request (CR) that includes patching and upgrades.
Do further troubleshoot and resolves device issues when escalated by device operation analysts and ensure incident identification, assessment, reporting, communication, mitigation and monitoring.
Assists Client Care to get metrics data during reporting period and create reports and dashboards and on device platforms for device operations.
Maintains SOP, playbook and other documentations up-to-date.
Support the sales function by attending client meetings and responding to proposals.
Contribute to the Intellectual Property of the firm by driving the development of toolkits, methodologies, accelerators and training.
Device Management Lifecycle: Device change management – assist transition management of current technologies to future state/ Device configuration management/ Incident management – assist with investigation and reporting/ Ongoing system administration/ System monitoring and operation to ensure overall device performance/ Ensuring high availability and business continuity for client systems/ Recommend configuration enhancement/ Implement configurations/ Capacity management.
Revise and develop processes to strengthen the current Security Operations Framework, Review policies and highlight the challenges in managing SLAs.
Project delivery, as required by the scope of specific client engagements, which includes Assessment/Strategy through to the Design, Implementation and Optimisation of data protection, data privacy principles and regulatory environment solutions and products.
Engagement management, including project planning, budget management, and resource management.
Business development activities throughout the entire opportunity lifecycle, including lead generation, opportunity tracking, pre-sales presentations, technical demos, client & engagement risk assessments, bid management, proposal writing, and contract management.
Practice development, including work on delivery methodology, training, and sales and marketing materials.
Personal professional development as a Data Protection subject-matter specialist, including continuous vendor and industry trainings, attending conferences, specific products and solutions self-study.
Coach and train new and/or more junior team members to become an integral part of the Data Protection team, Cybersecurity & Privacy Consulting practice and PwC family.

Proficient in Incident Management and Change Management.
Experience in security device management and hands on experience with two or more DLP platforms.
Knowledge of various operating system flavors including but not limited to Windows and Linux.
Technical designations such as PMP, CISSP, CISA, CISM, OSCP, CEH, ECSA, GPEN, GWAPT and industry certifications from DLP vendors will be considered an asset.
Ability to be recognized as the subject matter specialist in data protection when our client requires
Demonstrates experience providing technical guidance for designing, testing, and implementing data protection solutions (e.g., encryption/tokenization and DLP).
Ability to architect, implement and integrate solutions that provide various data protection capabilities for enterprises.
Demonstrates proven, thorough knowledge of data protection solutions (e.g., encryption / tokenization and data loss prevention) and the capability to interact with end users to understand and document business and functional requirements, architect a solution, and drive technical tasks across the full software development life cycle.
