Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting in an agency or corporate environment.
• Experience managing a team within a staffing-related function.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience of leading a team within a recruiting function, with experience in managing the relationships across multiple staffing stakeholder groups.
• Demonstrated personal accountability and integrity, and an ability to build productive relationships across the business with experience of solving complex problems, designing creative strategies, and delivering significant impact as a manager.
• Domain knowledge and expertise in technical recruiting.
• Proven ability to develop employees and maximize individual and team performance while maintaining a fun working environment.

As the Sourcing Lead for Compute and Consumer EMEA Recruiting (CCER), you'll need to not only understand complex markets and the hiring processes of various skill-sets, but you'll oversee a variety of pipeline management strategies to maximize hiring. You'll be responsible for managing a team tasked with engaging candidates for a range of Google product areas (e.g. Ads, Commerce, Platforms and Ecosystem, Search and YouTube) and sites across EMEA, while also understanding/guiding team members’ career goals and motivations. You'll coach your team to achieve business goals, candidate and referrer experience goals, and other initiatives to continually improve our business. You’ll partner closely with CCER Leads to problem solve the nuances of hiring for multiple job ladders and meet the needs of each product area. You and your team will have a focus on senior hiring.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support a team of sourcers to successfully and strategically deliver on hiring goals and increase productivity.
• Partner with key stakeholders in staffing and broader global team to develop strategy and deliver pipeline according to business priorities.
• Develop and monitor metrics that improve sourcing efficacy and demonstrate return on investment. Identify and own strategies to lift productivity and make process improvements that solve problems at scale.
• Build inclusive pipelines to drive Google towards our aspirations goals.
