As the Sourcing Lead for Compute and Consumer EMEA Recruiting (CCER), you'll need to not only understand complex markets and the hiring processes of various skill-sets, but you'll oversee a variety of pipeline management strategies to maximize hiring. You'll be responsible for managing a team tasked with engaging candidates for a range of Google product areas (e.g. Ads, Commerce, Platforms and Ecosystem, Search and YouTube) and sites across EMEA, while also understanding/guiding team members’ career goals and motivations. You'll coach your team to achieve business goals, candidate and referrer experience goals, and other initiatives to continually improve our business. You’ll partner closely with CCER Leads to problem solve the nuances of hiring for multiple job ladders and meet the needs of each product area. You and your team will have a focus on senior hiring.
