Responsibilities

  • Lead and ensure effective management of various compensation work streams including partnering with the staffing organization and modeling leadership offers, benchmarking compensation structures, reviewing compensation insights with leadership, analyzing and supporting with compensation compliance requirements
  • Partner with HR leads and regional leadership to understand business priorities, design and/or review compensation plans for employees
  • Ensure appropriate governance and adherence to Google’s pay-for-performance philosophy
  • Process large complex datasets, extract meaning from numbers and convey findings to colleagues at all levels
  • Act as a valued partner to internal client groups
