“As a key member of the Community Engagement Team, you will work alongside other Community Engagement Specialists and Moderators. You’ll engage with internal and external customers over Sky’s Community help forum to understand issues and identify opportunities for improvements to Sky’s product or processes. You will also encourage discussion and activity within the Community.” â€“ Head of Product

Based full time in Livingston, you will be fully immersed in driving forward the Sky Community, community advocacy and relevancy within the business, with the support of the wider Community Engagement Team.

What you’ll do:

  • Work alongside other Community Engagement Specialists, and Moderators.
  • Be a leader in Community best practice and always keep up to date on developments in tools, platforms, and technology.
  • Engage with and moderate users and discussions on Sky’s external Community help forum
  • Build relationships with key Community users (Super Users)
  • Build and maintain working relationships with specialist teams within Sky (e.g. Product Development) to ensure relevant information is shared
  • Monitor and report on performance of the Community versus agreed KPIs on an on-going and ad-hoc basis
  • Build a culture of true collaboration within the team and across the business
  • Meet people who work on lots of interesting things in a digital space.
  • Be resilient, sometimes it takes a long time to shift stakeholders in their thinking and to make appreciable changes in our products/services.

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience in a Community and/or Social Media role, or a qualification in this field
  • A passion for customers, driving customer and user experience at the heart of everything that you deliver.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • A proactive attitude, with the ability to think outside-of-the-box.
  • Attention to detail and pride in your work.
  • The ability to work independently.
  • Ideas, and you’ll want to share them.
