As CRBA Executive, you will be responsible for advising productions on clearing and licensing music, ensuring that music is cleared appropriately for the BBC’s use and that the requirements of any distribution agreements that might be in place are satisfied. This often involves managing production’s expectations, coming up with specific suggestions for music for a scene and suggesting alternative clearable tracks. You may also contract composers to write new music for the BBC.
