A bit about the job:

In this exciting role you will support Aviva's 3 brands growth in the market by managing the delivery of change initiatives whilst optimising new business and renewals to meet Aviva's trading goals. You will ensure data is driving trading decisions through data analysis, and have a good understanding of new business and renewal performances across each of Aviva's products. This role requires you to understand the market and our competitors performance, using relevant reports to evaluate. The role requires you to have excellent stakeholder management experience couple with great commercial awareness. You will need to present complex analysis in an effective way to key stakeholders.

Experience & Skills required:

• Commercial awareness and understanding of the insurance market

• Home / motor product & proposition experience

• Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to work across teams

• Able to communicate complex analysis in a simple and effective way

• Analytics experience is desirable

We will consider candidates based in Norwich or London.
